Silver Starlight Progress is provided by Silver Starlight Sleep and Health Association Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Silver Starlight Progress mobile application.
1. Information You Enter
Silver Starlight Progress allows you to enter information related to your personal recovery tracking, which may include:
- recovery areas and recovery goals;
- pain ratings;
- overall function ratings;
- overall well-being ratings;
- personal goal progress;
- sleep information and sleep quality; and
- optional notes that you choose to enter.
This information may include health-related information.
2. How Your Recovery Information Is Stored
Silver Starlight Progress is designed to keep your recovery information locally on your device.
Information you enter for recovery tracking is stored locally on your device.
Silver Starlight Progress does not require you to create an account or sign in.
The current version does not upload your recovery information to Silver Starlight Sleep and Health Association Inc. servers or provide cloud synchronization or cloud backup.
3. Collection and Sharing of Recovery Information
Silver Starlight Sleep and Health Association Inc. does not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share the recovery information that you enter into the current version of Silver Starlight Progress.
The current version of the app does not include advertising or third-party analytics services.
Because your recovery information remains locally on your device, Silver Starlight Sleep and Health Association Inc. does not have access to that information through the app.
4. How Recovery Information Is Used
Information entered into Silver Starlight Progress is used locally on your device to provide the app's features, including:
- displaying your daily check-ins;
- showing recovery trends;
- tracking progress toward your personal goal;
- calculating recovery summaries;
- displaying sleep summaries when sleep tracking is enabled;
- generating Recovery Progress Reports; and
- allowing you to review and manage your previous entries.
5. Google Play Purchases
Silver Starlight Progress may offer optional paid features through a one-time in-app purchase using Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Silver Starlight Sleep and Health Association Inc. does not receive or store your payment card or banking information through the app.
The app communicates with Google Play to determine the availability of in-app products and to verify whether the Google Play account using the app has purchased the applicable product, so that paid features can be provided or restored.
Silver Starlight Sleep and Health Association Inc. does not operate a separate server for storing purchase information in the current version of the app.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your recovery information remains on your device until you delete it.
Silver Starlight Progress allows you to delete individual check-ins and provides a Delete All Data function within the app.
Deleting all data removes the locally stored recovery information managed by the app.
Uninstalling the app may also remove locally stored app data, subject to the behavior and settings of your Android device.
Silver Starlight Progress does not maintain a server-side copy of your recovery information.
7. Data Security
Silver Starlight Progress is designed to minimize privacy risks by keeping your recovery information locally on your device and by not requiring an online account or cloud storage for recovery information.
The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device. You should use appropriate device security measures, such as a screen lock, where appropriate.
8. Permissions and External Data Sources
The current version of Silver Starlight Progress does not connect to Health Connect, wearable devices, or external health-record systems.
The app does not require access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or other unrelated sensitive device information for its core recovery-tracking functions.
The app communicates with Google Play for functions related to in-app purchases.
9. Children's Privacy
Silver Starlight Progress is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
The app is intended as a general personal recovery-tracking tool. Parents or guardians should supervise the use of health-related applications by children where appropriate.
10. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Silver Starlight Progress is intended for personal self-tracking and general informational purposes.
Silver Starlight Progress is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided or displayed by the app should not be considered medical advice and should not replace consultation with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Silver Starlight Progress features or data-handling practices change.
