Who this policy is for

This policy is written for parents and guardians.

Aaron Daily Learning Adventure ("the App") is designed for children roughly 6 to 8 years old to practise Reading, Writing, Maths and Speaking, and to follow a simple daily routine at home.

The App is designed as a local-first family learning app. We have tried to keep this policy clear, simple and accurate. It describes how the current version of the App actually works.

The short version

• Your child's information stays on the device.

• Silver Starlight Health does not receive, see or store your child's profile or learning data.

• No account is required.

• No sign-up or login is required.

• No cloud profile is created.

• No ads are displayed.

• No behavioural advertising is used.

• No analytics SDK is used.

• No tracking SDK is used.

• No advertising identifier is accessed.

• We do not sell personal information.

• We do not share your child's personal information with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties for their own purposes.

• Core learning content is bundled inside the App and works without an account or cloud connection.

1. Information stored on your device

To provide its learning, routine and progress features, the App may store the following information locally on your device:

• Child's name or nickname

• Age

• Gender selection

• Language setting, such as English or English + Chinese

• Daily learning completion

• Reading progress

• Writing activity status

• Speaking activity status

• Maths activity status

• Stars

• Streak

• Daily Routine information

• Bedtime record

• Daily history

• Reward status

• Parent-created or parent-set rewards

• Parent-set goals for Reading, Writing, Maths and Speaking

• Other settings required for the App to remember the child's local learning experience

This information is stored locally on your device.

It is not transmitted to Silver Starlight Health and is not uploaded to a server operated by us.

There is no cloud copy of this information maintained by Silver Starlight Health.

2. Information we collect

Silver Starlight Health does not collect personal information through the current version of this App.

We do not operate a server, cloud account system or remote database for storing your child's profile or learning activity.

Because the App does not send your child's profile, learning history, progress, routines or rewards to us, Silver Starlight Health does not receive, hold or process that information.

The information described in Section 1 is information stored locally by the App on your device. It is not information collected by us.

3. No sharing and no selling

Silver Starlight Health:

• Does not sell personal information

• Does not share your child's information with advertisers

• Does not share your child's information with data brokers

• Does not use your child's information for behavioural advertising

• Does not disclose your child's locally stored information to third parties for their own purposes

4. Advertising and analytics

The App contains:

• No advertising

• No advertising SDK

• No analytics SDK

• No behavioural tracking SDK

• No third-party tracking system

The App does not access an advertising identifier for advertising or tracking purposes.

5. Location, camera, microphone and other device permissions

The current version of the App does not request or use:

• Location or GPS

• Camera

• Microphone

• Contacts

• Phone or call information

• Photo, video or media files

• Bluetooth

• Notifications

These permissions are not required for the App's current learning features.

6. Accounts

No account is required or offered in the current version of the App.

There is:

• No child cloud account

• No parent cloud account

• No login

• No email registration

• No password

• No online profile

The child's profile inside the App is a local profile stored only on the device.

7. Internet and remote content

The App's core learning content, including the Reading Library, is bundled with the App when it is installed.

The current version does not require an account or cloud connection to use its core learning functions.

The App does not request Android permission to access the internet.

The current Free V1 does not transmit the child's profile, learning progress, routines, history or rewards to Silver Starlight servers.

8. How long information is kept

Because the App's information is stored locally, it remains on the device until it is removed.

Parents or guardians can remove locally stored App data by:

• Using Reset & Set Up Again inside the Parent area

• Clearing the App's data through Android Settings

• Uninstalling the App

9. How to delete your child's information

Parents and guardians can delete the locally stored information at any time.

Option A — Reset & Set Up Again

Inside the Parent area, select:

Reset & Set Up Again

The App will display a confirmation message before deleting the data.

The first tap does not immediately erase the child's information.

Only after the parent or guardian confirms the reset will the App permanently delete the current locally stored App data, including information such as:

• Child profile

• Name or nickname

• Age

• Gender selection

• Stars

• Streak

• Learning history

• Reading progress

• Daily Routine information

• Rewards

• Parent-set goals

• Other locally stored progress associated with the current child

After the reset, the App returns to the initial setup screen so that a new child profile can be created.

Option B — Clear App data through Android Settings

You may also delete the App's locally stored information through Android settings.

The exact wording may vary by Android device, but the general path is:

Android Settings → Apps → Aaron Daily Learning Adventure → Storage → Clear data

Option C — Uninstall the App

Uninstalling Aaron Daily Learning Adventure removes the App and its locally stored App data from the device.

Because Silver Starlight Health does not receive or maintain a cloud copy of the child's profile or learning data, there is no separate server-side child profile for us to delete.

10. Backup and device transfer

In the current Free V1:

• Android cloud backup is disabled for this App.

• Device-to-device transfer of this App's local data is disabled.

This is intended to reduce the possibility of the child's locally stored learning information being copied outside the current device through Android backup or transfer functions.

11. Children's privacy

Aaron Daily Learning Adventure is designed with children's privacy in mind.

Although children may use the App, the current version does not send child profile or learning data to the developer.

The App has:

• No account system

• No advertising

• No analytics

• No behavioural tracking

• No cloud profile

• No third-party sharing of the child's locally stored learning information for advertising or commercial profiling

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising the child's use of the App and for deciding what name or nickname and other optional profile information to enter.

We do not claim that the App has received any third-party privacy certification.

Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as stating that the App is "COPPA certified," "GDPR certified," "Google certified," or certified by any other organization unless we specifically state otherwise in a future version of this policy.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features, data practices or technical design change.

If we update the policy, we will revise the Effective date shown at the top of this page and publish the updated policy.

我们尽量让本政策保持清晰、简单并与应用实际功能一致。本政策描述的是本应用当前版本实际使用和处理数据的方式。

一、保存在您设备上的信息

为了提供学习、日常作息和进度记录功能，本应用可能在您的设备本地保存以下信息：

• 孩子的名字或昵称

• 年龄

• 性别选择

• 语言设置，例如英文或英文 + 中文

• 每日学习完成情况

• 阅读进度

• 写作活动状态

• 口语活动状态

• 数学活动状态

• 星星

• 连续完成记录

• 日常作息信息

• 上床时间记录

• 每日历史记录

• 奖励状态

• 家长创建或设置的奖励

• 家长设置的阅读、写作、数学和口语目标

• 应用为了记住孩子本地学习状态而需要保存的其他设置

这些信息只保存在您的设备本机。

这些信息不会发送给 Silver Starlight Health，也不会上传到我们运营的服务器。

Silver Starlight Health 不会保存这些信息的云端副本。

二、我们收集的信息

Silver Starlight Health 不通过本应用当前版本收集个人信息。

我们没有为本应用运营用于保存孩子个人资料或学习活动的服务器、云端账号系统或远程数据库。

由于本应用不会把孩子的个人资料、学习历史、学习进度、日常作息或奖励信息发送给我们，因此 Silver Starlight Health 不会接收、持有或处理这些信息。

第一部分所列的信息属于本应用保存在您设备本机的信息，而不是我们收集的信息。

三、不共享、不出售

Silver Starlight Health：

• 不出售个人信息

• 不向广告商提供孩子的信息

• 不向数据中介提供孩子的信息

• 不将孩子的信息用于行为广告

• 不向第三方提供孩子本地保存的信息供其自行使用

四、广告与数据分析

本应用没有：

• 广告

• 广告 SDK

• 数据分析 SDK

• 行为追踪 SDK

• 第三方追踪系统

本应用不会为了广告或追踪目的访问广告标识符。

五、位置、相机、麦克风及其他设备权限

本应用当前版本不会申请或使用：

• 位置或 GPS

• 相机

• 麦克风

• 通讯录

• 电话或通话信息

• 照片、视频或媒体文件

• 蓝牙

• 通知

本应用当前的学习功能不需要这些权限。

六、账号

本应用当前版本无需账号，也不提供账号功能。

本应用没有：

• 儿童云端账号

• 家长云端账号

• 登录

• 邮箱注册

• 密码

• 在线个人资料

应用中创建的孩子资料属于保存在设备本机的本地资料。

七、联网与远程内容

本应用的核心学习内容，包括阅读库，在安装应用时已经随应用一起打包。

当前版本的核心学习功能不需要账号或云端连接。

本应用不申请 Android 的互联网访问权限。

当前 Free V1 不会把孩子的个人资料、学习进度、日常作息、历史记录或奖励信息传送到 Silver Starlight 的服务器。

八、信息保留多久

由于本应用的信息保存在设备本机，因此这些信息会一直保留在设备上，直到家长或监护人主动将其删除。

家长或监护人可以通过以下方式删除本应用保存在设备上的本地数据：

• 在 Parent 家长区域使用 “重新设置并开始”

• 通过 Android 设置清除应用数据

• 卸载本应用

九、如何删除孩子的信息

家长或监护人可以随时删除本应用保存在设备上的孩子信息。

方式一 — 使用“重新设置并开始”

在 Parent 家长区域中选择：

Reset & Set Up Again / 重新设置并开始

应用会先显示确认提示。

第一次点击该功能不会立即删除孩子的数据。

只有在家长或监护人进行最终确认后，本应用才会永久删除当前保存在设备本机的应用数据，包括例如：

• 孩子的个人资料

• 名字或昵称

• 年龄

• 性别选择

• 星星

• 连续完成记录

• 学习历史

• 阅读进度

• 日常作息信息

• 奖励

• 家长设置的学习目标

• 与当前孩子相关的其他本地学习进度

完成重置后，本应用会返回首次设置页面，家长可以重新建立一个新的孩子资料。

方式二 — 通过 Android 设置清除应用数据

家长也可以通过 Android 系统设置删除本应用保存在设备上的本地信息。

不同 Android 设备上的具体名称可能略有不同，一般路径为：

Android 设置 → 应用 → Aaron Daily Learning Adventure → 存储 → 清除数据

方式三 — 卸载应用

卸载 Aaron Daily Learning Adventure 会从设备中移除本应用以及本应用保存在设备上的本地数据。

由于 Silver Starlight Health 不接收、也不保存孩子个人资料或学习数据的云端副本，因此不存在需要向我们另外申请删除的服务器端儿童资料。

十、备份与设备迁移

当前 Free V1：

• 已关闭本应用的 Android 云端备份。

• 已关闭本应用本地数据的设备到设备迁移。

这样设计是为了减少孩子保存在设备本机的学习信息通过 Android 备份或设备迁移功能被复制到其他设备的可能性。

十一、儿童隐私

Aaron Daily Learning Adventure 在设计时重视儿童隐私。

虽然儿童可能直接使用本应用，但当前版本不会把儿童的个人资料或学习数据发送给开发者。

本应用没有：

• 账号系统

• 广告

• 数据分析

• 行为追踪

• 云端儿童资料

• 将孩子本地学习信息提供给第三方进行广告或商业画像的功能

家长和监护人应负责监督孩子使用本应用，并自行决定在应用中输入什么名字、昵称或其他可选资料。

我们不宣称本应用获得任何第三方隐私认证。

除非我们未来明确说明，否则本政策中的任何内容都不应被理解为本应用已经获得“COPPA 认证”、“GDPR 认证”、“Google 认证”或其他机构的认证。

十二、隐私政策变更

如果本应用的功能、数据处理方式或技术设计发生变化，我们可能会更新本隐私政策。

如果政策发生更新，我们会修改本页面顶部的生效日期，并发布更新后的隐私政策。
